Ras Al Khaimah – Wynn Resorts, the global hospitality powerhouse, has officially revealed the name of its upcoming multi-billion-dollar integrated resort in the UAE: Wynn Al Marjan Island. Alongside the name, the company also presented the design vision for what will be its very first beachfront property.

This landmark project, valued at $3.9 billion, marks Wynn’s debut in the Middle East and North Africa region. According to the company, “The striking profile of Wynn Al Marjan Island will redefine the skyline and further position the Emirate as a premier international tourism hub, while delivering significant economic value through increased tourism and job creation. The development will also stimulate rapid growth across complementary business sectors.”

The luxury resort is set to feature a diverse mix of entertainment, a state-of-the-art gaming space, an upscale retail promenade, an events and convention center, a theater, and more than 1,500 guest rooms, suites, and villas.

Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts, commented: “Over the past year we have carefully curated and conceptualized Wynn Al Marjan Island, paying close attention to its one-of-a-kind location. I’m extremely proud of how our design and development teams have brought our tradition of thoughtful, elegant design to a sun-drenched seaside setting that will captivate both new and returning guests. We’re excited to welcome the world when Wynn Al Marjan Island opens in early 2027.”
